Leadership Dialogues curriculum

 

In collaboration with the Hesselbein Institute, the Cardinal Stritch University School of Leadership has developed an online learning curriculum which categorizes each Leadership Dialogue video — featuring interviews with some of the world's accomplished leaders and practitioners—into an actionable leadership lesson, offering probing discussion questions and further reading for best in class, online management training.

WHO NEEDS IT?

Those interested in enhancing their personal leadership capacity while remaining true to their values. Each lesson provides a platform for diverse, cross-sector and intergenerational dialogue and peer-to-peer learning.


WHAT’S INCLUDED?

This free curriculum is focused on a wide range of leadership topics and provides actionable ideas to share. Each lesson includes: 

• A short Leadership Dialogue video featuring experienced leaders in all sectors 
• Discussion questions formulated by the Cardinal Stritch Doctoral Center Faculty
• An article for further reading on the specific theme the lesson covers
