Overview

The American Managment Association (AMA) and the Hesselbein Leadership Institute continue to offer one-year of intellectual resources and opportunities designed to enhance your leadership effectiveness and support your personal professional performance: to assist leaders at all levels, in all sectors, to be the strong leaders today who will lead the organizations of the future. 

This professional development opportunity will strengthen a professional's "leadership, competence, and management skills," which, according to Peter Drucker, will, "largely determine the values, the vision, the cohesion, and the performance of the 21st century society." 

The LEARNING OPPORTUNITY INCLUDES

• One professional development seminar offered by AMA in the United States;
• One-year membership with the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute including subscription to Leader to Leader Journal and discounts on the Institute's publications and services.
• One-year AMA individual membership including access to members-only website, subscriptions to e-newsletters and journals, and discount pricing on all other AMA products and services

This opportunity is designed to provide leaders with an opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, interact with peers across the sectors and develop practical skills they can apply immediately within their organizations. 

We use these criteria to evaluate Ambassador applications.
